4. Description of the Services
ASIO offers a comprehensive AI-powered marketing platform. Our services include:
- Sales Funnel Automation: Creating and managing automated sales funnels to optimize lead conversion.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and capturing potential customers through advanced digital marketing strategies.
- Digital Ad Optimization: The design, implementation, and monitoring of advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to maximize return on investment.
5. Registration and User Account
To access certain services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
- Immediately notifying ASIO of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Ensuring your contact information and payment details are always up to date.
6. Acceptable Use of the Services
You agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Do not use the services to transmit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
- Do not attempt to access ASIO or other users' systems, data, or information without authorization.
- Do not engage in activities that may damage, disable, or overburden the ASIO infrastructure.
7. Plans and Payments
ASIO offers different subscription plans tailored to each customer's needs. Specific details for each plan, including pricing and features, can be found on our website. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to:
- Pay the corresponding fees within the established deadlines.
- Provide valid and up-to-date payment information.
- Authorize ASIO to charge the corresponding amounts to the selected payment method.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital and personalized services, ASIO does not offer refunds once the service has been activated and delivered. However, if you experience issues or are not satisfied, you can contact the ASIO support team for assessment and solution.
Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, under the following criteria:
- That the customer has not received any service from ASIO, and
- That you have seen all the training videos included in the program, and
- That, after having actively requested support, you have not been able to use the program effectively.
It's important to clarify that the estimated time of "72 hours to obtain a meeting" applies only in certain scenarios and depends on the client's level of progress and preparation at the time of purchasing the program.
Once ASIO uses its own card to cover the initial advertising budget, refunds are not issued under any circumstances, as this indicates that:
- The implementation phase has been completed,
- ASIO's own capital has been put at risk,
- A significant amount of time and resources have been invested in the client's account.
From that point on, it's the client's responsibility to continue investing in advertising and take control of their own business. The program's success depends largely on the client's commitment, follow-through, and execution.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and other elements associated with ASIO services are the exclusive property of ASIO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree to:
- Do not reproduce, distribute or modify the contents without prior written authorization from ASIO.
- Do not use any ASIO trademark or logo without express consent.
10. Confidentiality
ASIO and the user agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information exchanged during the provision of services. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the contractual relationship.
11. Protection of Personal Data
ASIO is committed to protecting users' personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on our website for more details on how information is collected, used, and protected.
12. Limitation of Liability
While ASIO strives to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, ASIO will not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
- Loss of income, data, or reputation.

Annex I - Conditions of the $1,000 MXN Bonus for Ads
This appendix details the specific terms and conditions for the allocation of the exclusive $1,000 MXN bonus for customers who enroll in the Light Speed: Appointments in 72 Hours program.
1. Nature of the Bond
The $1,000 MXN bonus is an incentive provided by ASIO to help program participants launch their first advertising campaigns. This bonus is not a registration discount or cash refund, but rather a promotional balance activated under specific conditions.
2. Requirements to be Eligible
To access the bonus, the participant must:
- Remain enrolled in the program and complete at least one month of active participation.
- Demonstrate proper use of the system by following the strategies taught in the course.
- Request the bonus within the validity period (up to 30 days after completing the first month).
3. Procedure for Activating the Bonus
Once requirements are met, submit an application through the channel designated by ASIO. The support team will review within up to 7 business days.
4. Restrictions
Non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash. ASIO reserves the right to deny the bonus in cases of fraud or misuse.
Appendix 2: Light Speed 72 Hour Course Warranty Policy
1. Purpose of the guarantee
This guarantee aims to ensure the satisfaction of clients who purchase the Light Speed course and fully apply the strategies taught within the program.
2. Conditions for the application of the guarantee
Must complete 100% of the course within 72 hours, implement all strategies with evidence, submit a detailed report, and have actively participated in support sessions. Request within 7 days after course end.
3. Procedure
Email compliance@asiomarketing.com with subject 'Warranty Request - Light Speed' attaching proofs.
4. Exclusions
Does not apply if course not completed in 72h, insufficient evidence, request outside 7-day period, or previous refund requests.
Finance & Credit Policies
1. Overview
These policies clarify how payments, credits, billing, and refunds work across the platform.
2. Payment Terms
- Accepted Methods: Major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Mercado Pago
- Currency: USD
- One-Time Billing: Billed in full, no auto-renewal
- Recurring Billing: Auto-renews at start of cycle
- Third-Party Subscriptions: Billed separately by providers like ManyChat, Calendly
3. ASIO Credits
- Usage: Digital currency for campaigns (Meta, WhatsApp)
- Validity: During active subscription, unused credits don't roll over unless specified

4. Billing & Invoices
Invoices are accessible from the ASIO account and billing occurs at the start of each cycle.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions: Cancel anytime, plan active until end of cycle, no partial refunds
- Asio Mastery Programs: All sales final, no refunds due to immediate digital access
6. Late Payments & Failed Transactions
Failed payments result in notification and unresolved payments may lead to suspension.
7. Dispute Resolution
Contact compliance@asiomarketing.com within 14 days of the billing date for incorrect charges.
ASIO Mastery Policies
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for ASIO Mastery programs due to the digital nature and immediate access provided. We focus on Support & Guidance to ensure success rather than refunds.
Cancellations
Enrollment cannot be paused, canceled, or transferred once purchased. You retain lifetime access.
Security & Compliance Policy
ASIO Marketing is committed to maintaining the highest standards of security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (TCPA, DNC, GDPR).
1. Data Privacy & Security
Data stored using AES-256 encryption. Access restricted to authorized personnel with MFA. Routine vulnerability scans.
2. Do Not Call (DNC) List Management
ASIO enforces strict adherence to DNC registries. Customers are responsible for ensuring lawful opt-in procedures for imported lists.
3. TCPA Compliance
Promotional messages require prior express written consent. Messages must identify sender and provide opt-out. Customers indemnify ASIO from misuse.
4. GDPR & International Compliance
Data processed under lawful bases. Individuals have rights to access/rectify/erase data. Cross-border transfers under SCCs.
5. Enforcement & Accountability
Regular audits and annual training. Violations result in disciplinary action or termination.
6. Force Majeure
ASIO not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
