ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility at ASIO
We want anyone to be able to use asiomarketing.com, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion turned on. This page says where we stand, what we know is still wrong, and how to tell us when something blocks you.

The standard we are working to
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is the level most accessibility laws around the world point at, and it is the target we hold new work to.
Where we stand today
This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard, but some parts do not yet. We have not commissioned an independent accessibility audit, so the assessment below is our own, based on automated checks and manual review of our main pages. We would rather say that plainly than claim a level we have not had verified.
What we have in place
Checked across our main pages:
- Every page declares its language, so screen readers pronounce it correctly in both English and Spanish.
- Every page has a main landmark and a skip link, so you can jump past the navigation.
- Every image carries alternative text, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Every button and link has an accessible name, including icon-only controls.
- Every form field has a label, and errors are shown next to the field they belong to.
- Menus open on hover, focus and click alike, so nothing is reachable only by mouse.
- Animation across the site respects your operating system's reduced-motion setting.
What we know is not right yet
These are real problems we have found and have not fixed. If you hit one, it is not you:
- Colour contrast. Some smaller text, muted labels and text over gradients falls below the 4.5:1 ratio WCAG asks for. This is the most widespread issue on the site.
- Marketing landing pages. Our campaign pages carry heavy animation and custom controls, and have had less accessibility review than the main site.
- Video. Our marketing videos do not yet have captions or audio descriptions.
- Third-party content. Our scheduling calendar, payment forms and chat widget are supplied by other companies, and we do not control their accessibility directly.
How we test
We check our main pages with automated tooling for contrast, heading structure, alternative text, accessible names and form labels, and we review keyboard navigation and reduced-motion behaviour by hand. We have not yet had an independent external audit, and we have not yet tested with every combination of screen reader and browser.

This page will change
Accessibility is not a box we tick once. We update this statement as we fix what is listed above and as we review more of the site, and we will keep saying honestly what is still outstanding.
